To support two not for profit organisations – TRAC UK charity, (support for women in recovery from substance misuse) and Be Kind. No Excuses CIC (raising teenagers awareness of abusive behaviours in relationships).
The Women Only Wellness Gathering is an annual event by WOW! Women Only Wellness Ltd, to celebrate, respect, heal, and empower all women.

Join us for a women only wellness gathering for a weekend full of activities that will promote nurturing and sharing, with yoga, meditation, sound baths, drumming, women’s circles and much more. Your investment will give you free access to ALL workshops.

Join us for a two day timetable of incredible self care activities: yoga, compassionate meditations, wellness workshops, recovery workshops, arts and crafts stalls, healthy refreshments, transformative sound baths, shamanic drums, guest speakers, guided relaxation, communal fire circle and so much more.
As this is a wellness festival it will be a alcohol free event and smoking in designated areas. You can bring your own food and there will be food and drinks to purchase.

WOW Tickets
- Full Weekend Ticket (Adult).
- Day Tickets (Saturday or Sunday).
- Day Tickets for Girls Aged 12-17.
- Full Weekend Ticket (Girls).
- Gift a Day Ticket.
- General Stall Holder Tickets (Saturday or Sunday).
- Workshop Delivery Tickets (Saturday or Sunday).
Workshops facilitators and stall holders are exempt from day ticket charges and have access to all activities.
Camping Details
- Camping Pitches (1-3 nights).
- Bell Tent Spaces and 3-Berth Tent Options (1-3 nights).
- Camping pitches are £12.50 per person per night (pppn) and do not include admission.
- Bring your own camping equipment.
- Designated parking areas available; no cars allowed in the camping area.
Important Information
Alcohol-free event with designated smoking areas.
No children under 12 years. Girls aged 12+ are welcome but remain the responsibility of their guardians.
Attendance is at your own risk. We recommend sturdy shoes and warm clothing for the evening.
No dogs allowed.
Hosting a workshop
If you are interested in hosting a workshop please use the “book a workshop” ticket link. The fee is £25 per day to allow you to showcase your business and grow your client base. Stalls
If you are interested in coming along to sell your products to participants, the fee is £50 per day. There is a maximum of one other similar type of stall. We will not take multiple bookings for similar businesses, so please contact us before you book.
Workshops facilitators and stall holders are exempt from day ticket charges and have access to the free workshop timetable and other activities.
Tickets
We offer variety of tickets from single day tickets to whole weekend tickets. Girls from aged 12 are welcome with an adult. We encourage including young women in WOW to better help them understand the importance of female connection and networking.
A free workshops brochure will be emailed to ticket holders nearer the time of the event . Please check your emails after the 1st June 2025.
Staying over
There are Camping pitches that are £12.50 pppn. This does not include an admission ticket and you must bring all of your own camping equipment.
We have a limited number of belltents available. This does not include an admission ticket and you must bring all of your own equipment.

Arrival is any time from 12 pm on Friday 27 th June. You will be sent a map showing the layout of the festival. Please camp in the sesignated camping area.
For anyone staying over, please vacate the site by 12pm Monday 30th June.

People attending without tickets: Please be aware there is an additional £5 fee on top of the usual ticket price.
Parking
Parking will be available on site in a designated parking area. Please follow the instructions of the parking marshals.
No cars will be allowed to stay in the camping area.
This is an alcohol free event. Please do not bring alcohol into the event or around the campfire.
Photography
A drone photographer and stills photographer will be attending the event.
By buying tickets, you grant us permission to use any photographs and video obtained at the event.
Inclusion
This is a ladies only event.
Anyone identifying as a woman is welcome. The exclusion or inclusion of any individual attending the event is at the discreation of the organisers, Women Only Wellness Ltd.
The campsite is located on a working farm. The site slopes and is a farm field. Where mobility is impaired, please contact the organisers and we will secure a camping pitch nearer the shower and toilet block. There is a designated shower and loo.
Risk Assessment
Attendance is at your own risk. Please consult the risk assessment published on womenonlywellness.com

Workshop bookings
As the date of the event approaches, we will publish a brochure outlining all workshop activities.
We will contact you with WOW information via the email you have ordered on. Please pass this info to anyone you have bought tickets for.
Data
Buying tickets gives WOW Ltd permission to email info and save data for WOW Ltd marketing purposes. We will forward data to WOW Ltd facilitators. We will not sell your data to external organisations.
